The Great Benefit of flying for Great Lakes is that within three years you will have at least 1000 hours of Turbine PIC time plus a years worth of SIC time which counts toward Total Time.  These are ALL Quality Hours.  Your Long Term Goal is key here.  All major airlines require turbine PIC time!  The faster you get it, the faster you can make that dream come true.
